These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of PantryMind (“the App”), developed by Fernando del Olmo (“the Developer”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1.Use of the App
The App is provided solely for managing pantry items and shopping lists. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to decompile, modify, or redistribute it.
2.Data and Storage
All data is stored locally on your device. The Developer is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, deletion, updates, or user actions.
3.No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Developer makes no guarantees regarding:
Accuracy of data
App performance
Availability of future features
4.Liability
The Developer is not liable for:
Damages caused by misuse
Loss of data
Inaccurate reminders or expired items
5.Updates
The App may receive updates that change functionality. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.
